Upcoming Tests
Good Afternoon,
We have started most of our classes this week and the kids are working very hard. In Reading, students will have a test on the story read in class the last day of the week. On Friday, students will take a test on the story, The Best School Year Ever. The test will include questions regarding the new vocabulary learned this week and details from the story.
Also beginning this week, students will have a weekly spelling test. The words this week all have a short vowel sound if students are testing from the main spelling list. This list can be found on the Woodland homepage under 6th Grade Spelling Lists, The Best School Year Ever. All students took a pretest on Monday and some may be testing on challenge words instead of the regular list if they showed mastery.
Remember to turn in conference sheets if you haven’t already as well as other school forms. Long Lake paperwork is due Friday September 25th and the money is due September 30th. A yellow sheet went home today with student balances. Please let me know if you have any questions.
